My weight loss so far!
Morning everyone!
Today i am back on my diet after a week away in Wales, so just wanted to do a quick post about my progress so far and i will be doing weekly updates hopefully with photos :)
Anyway, today i weighed 14 stone 10 pounds (i was 14 stone 7...Wales put 3 pound on me...oops!).
But not all is lost, i still have lost an amazing 14 pounds in about the last 5 weeks which i am so happy about! i now fit into a size 14 jeans so im very very happy!!
In the next 3 weeks im going to work as hard as i possibly can, because i have a holiday to Edinburgh planned with my wonderful other half, so i want to lose maybe another stone if possible!
My exercise regime consists of cyclone (spin class) which i absolutely LOVE. its such a brilliant workout and burns 400 to 600 calories in just a 45 minute session! i also LOVE aquafit, this is basically aqua aerobics and its super fun! i do walk a lot as well and i try to just be as active as possible throughout the day to burn as many calories as i can. i do go to the gym at least twice a week as well as the other workouts too, so i would say i do about 5 days with exercise and then i rest for 3 days.
My meals are normally quite boring to be honest. i have a bowl of cereal or to slices of brown toast with a piece of fruit and a cup of coffee in the morning, then for lunch ill either have a sandwich in brown bread, or a bowl of soup! these are pretty simple meals but they are low calorie so they work well for me! For my last meal of the day i love to have a range of food, i love salads so have a lot of them (my favourite is chicken and bacon yum!) and i also have a lot of meals consisting of some sort of meat and a portion of brown rice with onions and mushrooms! this dish actually is delicious and i put soy sauce on mine and it tastes just lie Chinese food!
I will put a post up of what i eat in a day with photos so that you can all see portion sizes!

My new blog!
Hey everyone, just thought i would make a quick entry tonight about what this Blog is going to be about! I have a Blog already for university work and my Makeup, but i wanted this one just to be about me, my interests, my music and basically just anything that i fancy! :) I'm hopefully going to be starting to Vlog very very soon too so thats exciting!!
So basically this Blog is going to contain a load of random things about me and what goes on in my life :D
i'll hopefully be uploading some posts about healthy lifestyles as well as im starting to get into the whole healthy living kinda thing! I will try and post every week about something healthy, or maybe just my progress in my weight loss journey!
Anyway, its 12:30 am and im shattered, so i will leave this short but sweet post with you all and ill post tomorrow!!
